Two years ago, my wife and I hired BWE Home Theater Company to upgrade our home theater system, including installing a larger TV and updating our components. We chose not to call the original smart home consultants for this work, since we had been dissatisfied with the original home theater system for a number of years. The universal remote would become disconnected with the system and we had to pay the original home theater consultants a $75 service charge each time they came to “fix” the system that they recommended and installed. In fact, initially, we only wanted BWE to put all the components in a book stand next to the TV, since it was so difficult to control the system remotely in the closet designed for our home theater. From the moment BWE arrived until they completed the work, we felt confident in BWE’s expertise and recommendations. First, they assured us that they could not only update our components so they would work properly, but they could improve our surround sound experience, all under our original budget for the project. BWE installed a larger TV, including the TV support system; they replaced our home theater system components; they added a venting system to our home theater closet to keep our comments cooler; they recommended a sound bar component for a better surround sound experience; and, they we able to configure our smart TV to work with our surround sound system for streaming videos with surround sound. BWE’s costs were reasonable; their work quality was superior; and, we haven’t needed to call for assistance with our home theater system for the last two years! So, when we decided to move our internet modem from our office to our home theater closet, we didn’t hesitate to call BWE. A BWE representative came to our home, discussed our needs, offered suggestions and gave us a bid for the work later that same day. Have been using BWE for 20+ yrs for all of our A/V needs throughout our home and ranch including our theater room and numerous speakers indoors & outdoors. Their service has always been amazing and very responsive!!!
